Targray and Peak Sun Sign Long-Term Exclusive Supply Agreement

Montreal, Quebec, Canada, May 26, 2009 – Targray Technology International announces that it has signed a long-term partnership agreement with Peak Sun Materials for the exclusive supply of the highest quality Phosphorus Oxychloride (POCl3) to the Solar Industry. POCl3 is a high-purity liquid Phosphorus used as an NType dopant for silicon wafers. Under the terms of the agreement, Targray is now the exclusive supplier of Peak Sun’s high quality POCl3 to the North American, European, Indian and Australian Solar markets.

Many talk about creating green collar jobs these days. But Oregon is really doing it. Just this week we hear that Vestas Wind Systems, the world's largest maker of wind turbines, will expand its North American headquarters in Portland by increasing its 350-person work force to at least 1,200 people. That's 850 new good-paying, permanent jobs from just this one company.

Other companies like Peak Sun Silicon, Solar World, Sanyo Solar, Solaicx, XSunX and Horizon Wind are setting up shop in Oregon. Then there are the energy efficiency consultants that are based in Oregon, like Ecos Consulting, Portland Energy Conservation, Inc. and the Cadmus Group. They each have hundreds of permanent employees.
