Stephen Schumacher has over 41 years of legal and business experience as an owner, officer, legal and tax adviser, and General Counsel to a diverse group of businesses and their owners. Several of the businesses, such as J.C. Schumacher Company, have engaged in business activities similar in nature to Peak Sun. Steve has participated in numerous large scale private debt and equity financings, business sales and acquisitions, and has experience in representing public companies. Mr. Stephen Schumacher received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California, his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, and his LL.M in Taxation from New York University.
